back on track this friday.
it’s been almost 3 months since i fell off the weight watchers track. stuck at 218- so not a horrible gain, still kinda concious not to over eat…but still not watching what i eat. SO: with that said…i’m ready now. it’s time to get started again. seriously. i’m serious. no really, i swear. between 4/9/10 and 6/11/10, i lost 18lbs. could you only imagine how much i could have lost since 6/11 had i stayed on track? GAAAAAAAHHH. so frustrated at myself. 3 more days and it’s WW all day every day. i’m gonna shoot for a 5 lb loss by 9/10/10= most of it’s water weight anyways…err i hope. after that, slow and steady. wish me luck. EDIT: i’m at 217.6…had to check cause i wasn’t feeling like 218 today. lmfao EDITx2: i just ate a brownie…[I HAVE UNTIL FRIDAY, AIIGHT!?] |
